Write to support@radar.place about anything: a question, a problem or an idea, and we’ll get back to you. In the app you can also write to Feedback, in Settings.
Signing in
Radar signs you in with a code sent to your email, or with Apple or Google. If the code hasn’t arrived after a minute or two, look in your spam folder, or tap Resend code on the same screen.
Reporting and blocking
From the menu (•••) on any post you can report it, or block the person who posted it. You can unblock people in Settings, under Privacy.
If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number first.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. Without the app, and what is deleted and what is kept: Delete your account.
Your data
To see, correct, export or delete what Radar holds about you, write to support@radar.place. How Radar handles it is in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for using Radar are in the Terms.
Events and news Radar gathered
Radar shows events and local news gathered from public pages. If one is about you or something you run and you want it corrected or removed, write to support@radar.place.
